designing an engaging learning experience for HR professionals

As part of an e-learning project for the University of Cambridge, I collaborated with the Human Resources department to design a series of five interactive modules focused on HR and talent acquisition processes. These modules were integrated into The Academies, the university’s internal learning platform dedicated to its employees.

I designed the interfaces for all five modules, creating a cohesive visual experience while incorporating different forms of interactivity to make learning more engaging. These included contextual text pop-ups, drag-and-drop exercises, and other interactive elements designed to encourage participation and facilitate the delivery of information.

Outcome: The project established a new visual benchmark for e-learning content across The Academies, helping define a new design standard for future training modules on the university’s internal learning platform.
