data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En el marc d\u2019un projecte de formaci\u00f3 en l\u00ednia per a la Universitat de Cambridge, vaig col\u00b7laborar amb el departament de recursos humans en el disseny d\u2019una s\u00e8rie de cinc m\u00f2duls interactius dedicats als processos de recursos humans i a la contractaci\u00f3. Aquests m\u00f2duls es van integrar a The Academies, la plataforma interna de formaci\u00f3 adre\u00e7ada als empleats de la universitat.<\/p><p>Vaig dissenyar les interf\u00edcies dels cinc m\u00f2duls, creant una experi\u00e8ncia visual coherent i incorporant diferents formes d\u2019interactivitat per fer l\u2019aprenentatge m\u00e9s atractiu i participatiu. Entre les interaccions desenvolupades hi havia finestres emergents de text contextual, exercicis d\u2019arrossegar i deixar anar, aix\u00ed com altres elements interactius destinats a fomentar la participaci\u00f3 i facilitar la transmissi\u00f3 de la informaci\u00f3.<\/p><p><strong>Resultat:<\/strong> El projecte va establir una nova refer\u00e8ncia visual per als continguts d\u2019aprenentatge en l\u00ednia de The Academies, contribuint a definir un nou est\u00e0ndard gr\u00e0fic per als futurs m\u00f2duls de formaci\u00f3 de la plataforma interna de la universitat.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-20679ea\" data-id=\"20679ea\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"featured_media":9862,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":[],"class_list":["post-9973","portfolio","type-portfolio","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.8 -
